Services

All training plans are customized to your ability after you fill out a detailed questionnaire & have a thorough discussion with the coach.  Plans cover all elements of training to meet your goals but also consider all things that affect your life (work, vacation, children, etc).   All plans are consistently updated based on training results and your feedback.

Running Plans

Includes 3 – 6 runs per week, strength training, and recovery / rest days.

1 on 1

Hourly consultations are available to cover any topic related to running or triathlons.

  • How to change a training plan after an unexpected event (injury, work commitments)?
  • What gear should you buy for your first triathlon?
  • How difficult is it to train for a marathon with an autoimmune disease?
